Eating for emotional

Do you often eat because of stress, anger and other similar things? If so, then you are my friend. Actually, this is a bad habit. I myself am trying to overcome the eating habits of a very very bad.

How do I? Of course, by shifting the desire to eat by doing aktifias such as:

Drinking water.
Exercise and do not be lazy to do it.
Call your friends, Sodara or anyone you know to talk to. Can be via telephone, chat, or email.
Listen to music or watch a show / movie that can attract attention.
The streets.
Do a hobby, eg gardening, writing, reading, or anything that can distract our concentration on food.
