Using too much shampoo is a mistake often made. Wash your hair twice only if you are really dirty.

The best hair brush is made from natural ingredients. Comb your hair with a gentle combing it with too strong will only increase oil production rather than circulation.

Colored hair that needs extra attention. Use a hair mask more frequently and avoid direct sunlight on your hair, as this can cause the hair color change and make the hair gradually becomes dry.

Make your own hair mask – Mix one tablespoon of pickled apple with two tablespoons of olive oil, apply on your hair. Allow up to 15-20 minutes. This treatment makes your hair soft and shiny!

Regular exercise and adequate sleep will improve the health of your hair, as with protein, fresh fruits and vegetables.
